about me

I’m an accredited coach and consultant, helping people, organisations, entrepreneurs and creatives create fulfilling work-lives.

Over my career, my work-life has taken me from corporate offices to freelance consultancy, entrepreneurialism and "digital nomadism". I’ve worked between global HQs in London, to artists and social projects in Ghana, and start-ups in Silicon Valley.

I’ve experienced and observed the ups and downs that working in different environments, structures and cultures can have on our feelings of wellbeing, happiness, purpose and fulfilment; and the ways in which different people not only develop “work-life balance”, but how they interpret what those words even mean.

Combining these experiences with training at world-leading coaching institutions, and work at the forefront of the workplace wellbeing movement, I’ve found a work-life that works specifically for me - which aims to help others to do the same.

Through coaching, workshops and consultancy, I support individuals and organisations to answer questions such as:

  • How can ambition for success sit in harmony with wellbeing and quality of life?

  • What does “work-life balance” even mean - and how can I create it?

  • As a leader, how can I build an organisational culture in which people feel motivated, fulfilled, healthy and happy?

If these are questions you’re interested to answer for yourself or your business; or if you have ideas, projects or concepts you’d like to explore together, please get in touch here.
