Workshop: Dealing with Change: The Office Return & “New Normal”

The pandemic required the world to deal with levels of collective change, unseen for generations.

But in the 21st century, change is happening all around us, all the time. The more comfortable we become with it, the more easily we can adapt and thrive, no matter what’s happening around us.

This workshop helps participants to take both the practical and psychological steps towards a smoother transition, in the context of returning to the office - but with a mindset that can apply through any degree of change.

  • An adaptable mindset: Understanding the change process, dealing with uncertainty and knowing that we'll always adapt.

  • Focusing on what you control: When all around is changing, how to make sure our energy is being used productively

  • Addressing specific concerns: Encouraging people to be precise with their worries about change, to deal with them head on

  • Taking practical steps: Tips to keep consistency and stability, in our routine, wellbeing and communication.

Workshop lasts 45 minutes + Q&A, online or in-person.
