1 Hour Booster Session = £120

Take a step out from the overload of modern life to check in, assess and plan ahead. Involves:

  • 1 hour+ one-to-one session

  • Breaking down a situation into manageable compartments

  • A process of filtering through the noise to focus on core areas of growth and development

  • Agreed take away action list

3 Month Development Programme (6 sessions) = £595

A commitment to progress. Involves:

  • Fortnightly 1 hour+ one-to-one sessions (over 3 months)

  • Initial assessment of current situation and desired outcomes to work towards

  • A process of identifying true desires and outcomes, addressing beliefs and behaviours which might stand in the way from them, strategically planning and working towards them

1 Month Sprint (4 sessions + daily check-in) = £850

Intense, focused, accountable - an all-in approach to getting shit done, suitable for an intense period of work or life. Involves:

  • Weekly 1.5 hour coaching session (over 1 month)

  • Daily morning check-in and task overview

  • Shared online action lists to work from, for ease of use, accountability and transparency

  • Ongoing review, goal setting and analysis of priorities, beliefs and behaviours.
