Part of the Lessons from Lockdown Workshop Series

For many, the pandemic has meant our goals and ambitions were either put on hold, or thrown out altogether.

But whether in the midst of uncertainty or not, taking some time to think about what's most important to us can ensure we're always moving in the right direction - and can take the small steps and opportunities, as they arise.

This workshop helps people to prioritise how they want to spend their time and develop a mindset to spend more time doing so. It covers:

  • Your "Zone of Flow" - understanding what's most important to you, what makes you happiest and when you're at your best.

  • Big dreams, small steps - how to set goals, start moving towards them and spend more time doing what you want

  • Being present - how to enjoy the process of moving towards goals, stay focused and seize opportunities as they arise

Workshop lasts 45 minutes + Q&A, online or in-person.

“The session was really insightful and useful. It hit the right tone - casual, conversational, with a good mix of new tools and tips, alongside reminders of the advice we know, but easily forget.”
