Remote Teams: The Human Potential

The research shows that remote workers can be happier and healthier, with the flexibility and autonomy for improved wellbeing and increased productivity.

But without the right management, it can create great challenges; with staff feeling isolated, burned out from a lack of work-life boundaries, and with communication breakdowns which can spiral unnecessarily.

Having worked remotely myself since 2017, I’ve adapted to the challenges that come with working from home, across timezones and without co-workers beside me. I’ve had to learn the self discipline of creating my own work routine, building wellbeing habits and staying motivated.

Equally, I’ve embraced the flexibility, worked from different locations and used remote working to create the life I want.

I integrate these experiences into my Human Centred Leadership coaching to help remote teams and staff to:
